Begin Your Journey To Wellness 
There comes a point on the road to health that you must walk alone. All the suggestions from well-meaning family, 
friends and acquaintances must be put aside. You are the only one who can take the steps necessary to enhance 
your well-being. The same approach does not work for everyone. This year we put out the intention for you to find 
your own path to wellness.  Make a commitment to yourself and take charge of your own well-being. Do your 
research and educate yourself.  Avoid cookie cutter remedies and find out what makes you tick. As there are no 
two bodies in the same state of imbalance, it is critical that your body's specific needs are met.  So, the idea is to 
customize a plan just for you. The path of wellness begins and ends with you. We simply assist and support the process.  
 
Diagnosing any ailments or disease you may have is not legally something we can do, so we ask that this not be an 
expectation upon entering Sevananda's Wellness Department or any other. What we can do however, is to empower 
you through educational tools and access to an unlimited amount of information and resources with respect to health 
and wellness and green/restorative living through our wellness , eco , buy local and Be The Change Partnerhips. 
Most of all, within Sevananda's world of wellness, we can offer you natural food alternatives, herbs and homeopathy

Sevananda's Journey to Wellness empowerment series features experts from all fields of 
Natural Living and Wellness; Environmentalists, Herbalists, Naturopathic 
Doctors, Holistic Healing Facilitators, Authors, and Educators.  Experts who 
have already  appeared include:  Dr. Elson Haas, author of seven books and 
international speaker; Tom Bluewolf, charter member of the World Council 
of Elders, The Indigenous Healers Association and founder of Earthkeepers; 
Dr. Joe Esposito, nationally-recognized radio/television nutritional consultant 
and many others. 
 
By participating in Sevananda’s School of Commonhealth, you will have the 
opportunity to meet face to face with our members and customers to provide 
information about your contributions to the Atlanta wellness community.  
Some of these business building partnerships and cross marketing programs 
include teaching, workshops, a speaker’s bureau, children's health initiatives, 
wellness partners, our annual events and email campaigns to our 3000 
membership base.
